How and when your order ships:
- Orders before 2pm Monday to Friday dispatch same day
- Free UK delivery on orders over £60
- Standard tracked delivery below that threshold
- Bulk orders of 20L and above ship on pallet or freight
Returns & refunds
Your rights and our policy:
- Unopened products returnable within 30 days
- Tamper-sealed bottles cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty
- Batch not meeting spec: quote the batch code and we replace or refund
